BBQ Cookoff Registration
Awards: 1st place award will be given in each category
Registration: Contestants must complete registration form by Monday, September 11, 2017. Grillers are allowed to start/cook any time on Saturday, September 16th but please be mindful of neighbors during early morning hours.
Judging: Cooking must be completed at 4:00pm. Judging will start around 4:30pm. Each griller must prepare sample tastings for 6 judges in own containers no later than 4:00pm. The judges will score each entry for TASTE/FLAVOR, TENDERNESS and PRESENTATION. Judges decisions are final.
Rules: The BBQ Contestant is responsible for observing accepted and prudent temperature and sanitary requirements. Contestants cannot sell samples to the general public.
